Selecta’s unique architecture achieves an exceptional level of performance, stability, and scalability of the system. The two main parts of the system are Real-time Decision Hub and a unified front-end. The front-end provides a centralized screening of all customer data (360 customer view) collected from different sources and synchronized in real-time.
By using Big Data and the data lake concept, all data is collected and centralized in order to improve the business processes of the company. All data is streamed in real-time (preferably from the Core System as well); architecture supports adding data sources that are streaming data to data lake (both inside out and outside in data). The starting point is current data sources. During the project, sources expand and enable deeper customer insight.
